Our villain is another Fox Character I've dug up. The Skull was a one time bad guy of Lieutenant Drake of Naval Intelligence in Mystery Men Comics #15. He was your typical Nazi agent stand in, though his new incarnation here is much more of a generic terrorist.

A skull-face is the ultimate villain. Hard to beat that look. Looking forward to seeing his vicious, vicious plans…And how they put him into his place.
