Night time scenes are always tricky to represent. I ended up adding an extra layer of airbrushed shadow over the base colors, and then reduced transparency on the color layer and had an all bacl layer beneath it to help darken every thing.

So I take it there isn't a mosquito problem there? Or did she take some medicine that made her permanently unattractive to them in her old adventures?

Mosquitoes are hardly ever any problem in these kind of stories.

I like how you did the colors on this page. The textures really are a neat effect.
