Mitchell's old associate from his days with the Skull, Doctor Mortimer Morag, has moved from freelance mad science to full time employment at Marsec. He's now living in Anvil Flats, and in between his materials research work at the company, he's dabbling in a bit of cloning on the side.

EDIT: lirvilas has done his own version of Mrs. Schibel and Dr. Morag

Serendipitous timing on the parts of two of my favorite comics.
Of course, the clone probably shouldn't be let out of the pen whilst Morag is actually living in Anvil Flats.
