Lots going on here.

The main reason I introduced Uzai was to have him provide this exposition about the Struthio-1 satellite. At it's launch we get a slightly younger General Mbuni (he's only greying at the temples) and his Mistress/possible second wife. I'm leaning towards "mistress" since lirvilas established in the comments of his comic that both of Mbuni's wives are dead, and I kind of think I might want to develop this character a bit more.

We also get another appearance by Mitchell, the poacher/mercenary who's turned up a few times before.

-Microraptor's the one dropping pianos on Mbuni's (ex) wives, he's the ultimate arbiter of their fates
-Flashback panel is epic as hell

MR and I had spoken a bit about this, since I was suggesting she was just a mistress, I was thinking she was his arm candy during that last part of the Ostrich War, and she either escaped him during the confusion of the retreat, or was simply left to her fate.

Yeah, Ariane could probably actually do that without the help of any pulleys and stuff...

One of these days I should actually draw the demise of Mrs. Mbuni # 2 - I have the (quite darkly) comedic image in my head of a smashed grand piano, with only an arm poking out from beneath it...
