While due to continuity we know that Clarissa will survive, the poor girl will continue to have bad luck when it comes to injuries...

Also, all those small cylindrical things on the floor - are those what I think what these are...?

Well, the big cylinder is a fire extinguisher. I am thinking the small cylinders are shell casings from an assault rifle, especially considering Clarissa's extent of injuries.
