Clothed people? And they stand... My, I nearly missed the dome over the building! Very nice job, this paneling gives the page a special flow. :-)

The dome is some kind of magic forcefield that used to surround all of Atlantis, but but now is just around a few select buildings!

(And I second that Jay did a very nice job here! :-) )
