Gwenna's Themiscyran throwing necklace, which first turned up in the Christmas Special, is made out of the unique element, Kirbium, which has some interesting plot enhancing features :)

I know from water polo, throwing something, like a ball or a heavy necklace, is quite difficult when you are that low in the water. You generally have to get your entire chest out of the water so that your arm does not suffer from drag with the water. Let's see how this goes.
