Kaza and Gwenna are headed up the river on Captain Noranga's boat we first saw in The Phantom Ape.

The Kingdom of Zamunda is the African nation from Eddie Murphy's Coming To America movie. I had decided to settle the geography of my world, so the country Kaza and Gwenna live in is Buranda. It's a place name I've used before in the comic, so it seemed sensible to make it the country's name. I believe I may have unconsciously lifted it from the British sitcom Yes, Minister, which featured an African country of the same name.

This is the first time I see Kaza topless and he does look good with shorts on. Besides that, his wife does look good in green clothes as the color matches that of the jungle.

Aw. Now I have to imagine how Gwenna would look like being topless in shorts. (Very good. She would look like.)
