Well, It's Flip's machine that's amazing, not Flip himself.
Flip Falcon is a Golden Age comic book character from Fox Features Syndicate. He had super advanced machine that allowed him to travel through the 4th dimension and beyond.

The characters of Jenny Anywhere is available for use by anyone, with only one condition. Terrific! A great collection of glimpses of what could be and might be and has happened! And Flip's slapstick is so matter of fact it's genius.
